Unwanted Goods.

If you wish to return an unwanted item or gift, we ask the following.

You may return new items in their original condition (including packaging) postmarked within 14 days of shipment. You will be credited the cost of the goods but not the original shipping charge or cost of returning the product.

 

For used items, defects/damage/material difference should be reported to us within 10 days of receipt and the returned merchandise should still be postmarked within 14 days of shipment.

We are happy to offer an exchange or credit on purchased goods, provided they are returned to us unused and in their original packaging and condition within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will only be given in accordance with the Sales of Goods Act 1979. This does not affect your statutory rights.

For hygene reasons we are unable to offer a return facility on reeds, kazoos, harmonicas or recorders.
